I then lead us through a transformative meditation where we’re called to offer tenderness and compassion to our own Inner Child, forgiveness to those who hurt us, and I conduct a symbolic marriage ceremony between us, each one to ourselves. As we move into unity with Spirit, self-love, and oneness, we won’t forget these magic words,
"Can you help me?" and "What can I do for you?"
